At Sahayat Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch to ensure you receive a genuine, high-quality product. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You receive the wrong product.

• Your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken.

• You receive a defective product.

• An item is missing from your order.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Proof Required

To process any return or replacement request, you must provide:

• Your order number.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

• A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened until the product is fully visible.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds if:

• The product has been used, intentionally damaged, or tampered with.

• The original packaging, seal, or accessories are missing.

• The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

• The product was purchased during a clearance or final sale unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Inspection Process

Once we receive your return request, our team will review the provided evidence. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or approved digital wallet.

• Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sahayat Fragrances.

6. Exchanges

Approved exchanges are available only for:

• Wrong products sent.

• Damaged or leaking products.

• Manufacturing defects.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the Return & Refund Policy will apply.
